Online Training Program
Join our group online training program and transform your body from the comfort of your home. With live classes three times a week and access to recordings all month long, you'll be able to train at your own time and pace, no matter your commitments. All classes are streamed via private Instagram, where you can interact with the instructor and other participants.
Class Frequency
- Live classes: Three times a week for a month.
- Class duration: 50 minutes.
- Live class schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 am.
- Recordings available: All classes are recorded and available for viewing throughout the month.
Transmission Platform
- Private Instagram: Access live and recorded classes through a private Instagram account. Only customers who have contracted the plan will be able to access it.
Class Content
- Group Training: Classes designed for groups, focused on effective exercises to improve strength, endurance and flexibility.
- Variety of Modalities: Classes can include strength training, cardio, HIIT, among others.
